DiAryl DiSulphide (WTR)

DADS is recommended for WTR Reclaim(Nylon based tyre) . This is the best reclaiming agent from the past history of reclaiming agents to recycle the nylon rubber tyres / tubes to meet out the required standards in reclaimed rubber, Accepted by all rubber reclaimers around the globe. Dosage required 0.6% to 1.0% (Depends upon the size and fiber portion).

DiAryl DiSulphide (DADS BUTYL)

DADS butyl is recommended for butyl reclaim, We process this chemical through special process in high temperatures to meet out the standards for butyl reclaim. Our DADS butyl always be in demand of butyl reclaimers. Dosage recommended 0.2% to 0.3%.

DADS butyl can also be used in chloro butyl reclaim, Dosage recommended 0.6% to 0.8%.

Super DADS

Super DADS is an Odorless thick, dark and strong chemical recommended for reclaim synthetic rubber or Radial tires. Every Reclaimer having their own dosage system 0.6% to 1% .

Some reclaimers use this chemical in WTR also for cost cutting with 0.3% to 0.4% dosage. but we recommend this chemical for synthetic rubber only
